60 Night Trial

Every Snoozie comes with a 60 night trial.

Use it for 60 nights. Not a quick feel of the corner in the packaging — actually use it. Put it on the bed, sleep under it, wash it, sleep under it again. Take it on a warm night and a cold one. If it isn't right, we refund you in full and we pay the return shipping.

Washed a dozen times. Slept under every night for two months. It makes no difference to us.

We're deliberate about that last part, because it's the whole problem with buying bedding online. No shop takes back a blanket someone has already slept under, which means you're asked to guess the two things you cannot possibly know in advance: how it actually feels against your skin, and whether you'll still be warm at four in the morning without waking up too hot.

A blanket photographs exactly the same whether it breathes or not.

So people buy the cheap one instead, and it pills after three washes, and it ends up folded at the bottom of the cupboard.

You shouldn't have to guess. So we've made it so you don't have to.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@trythesnoozie.com with your order number.

2. Tell us you'd like a refund. That's the whole message.

3. We'll email you a prepaid return label — you don't pay for shipping and you don't need the original packaging.

4. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of it arriving back.

You don't need to explain what went wrong, though if you want to tell us we'd genuinely like to know. It's how the next version gets better.

A few things worth knowing

Shake it out before the first night. Muslin arrives compressed and the crinkle needs to open up. It takes about ten seconds and it makes a real difference to how it drapes.

Wash it before you judge it. Cold wash, tumble dry low. It gets softer with every single wash, which means the night it comes out of the package is the firmest it will ever feel. That's the opposite of most bedding, and it's the main reason we give you sixty nights instead of thirty.

Give it a warm night. The weave is open, so it holds heat without trapping it — but that's a thing you have to feel rather than read. If you sleep hot and it still doesn't work for you, that's exactly what the trial is for.

Check the size against your bed. The dimensions are on the product page. Worth thirty seconds if you've got a deep mattress, or if you share with someone who pulls.

The 60 nights start on the date your order is delivered, not the date you bought it. If it sits in a parcel locker for a week, that week is yours.
