Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders cancelled before shipping

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

Orders cancelled after shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our return process. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Please note

We process and ship orders quickly, so there is a limited window to cancel after placing your order. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
